Wet Weather

• As a rule, assume it is on unless told otherwise.
• Please refrain from calling the BWHA office.
• If unsure, please ask your Team Manager. If your Team Manager is unsure, then they should contact their Club Secretary to see if they have heard anything.

All Turf Fixtures

• It is unlikely turf fixtures will be cancelled due to rain, as turf surfaces are designed to be played on when wet.

Monday Masters & Junior Turf Fixtures

• If a game is cancelled prior to 4:00pm on the day of the fixture, BWHA will communicate this via email to Club Secretaries.
• If a game is cancelled after 4:00pm on the day of the fixture, a Facebook post will be made.
• BWHA will not communicate if games are proceeding. Clubs and players should assume fixtures are on unless advised otherwise.
• If you do not hear anything, assume the fixture is going ahead.

Junior & Senior Grass and & Turf Fixtures 

• If a Friday night game is cancelled prior to 4:00pm on the day of the fixture, BWHA will communicate this via email to Club Secretaries.
• If a game is cancelled on a Saturday or Sunday, a Facebook post will be made
• If you do not hear anything, assume the fixture is going ahead.
