Blue Card Requirement
All representative officials must hold a valid and current Blue Card for the 2027 season. Please ensure your card is up-to-date at the time of nomination and throughout your technicial official duties.

For Opens State Championships, Technical Officials and Umpires are appointed directly by Hockey Queensland. BWHA does not appoint officials to Opens State Championships.
