BWHA REPRESENTATIVE UMPIRE NOMINATION FORM – 2027
BLUE CARD REQUIRMENT
All representative officials in 2027 must hold a valid and current Blue Card. Please ensure your card is up-to-date at the time of nomination and throughout your umpire duties.
POLICY REQUIREMENT
All nominees are required to review the BWHA Representative Umpire Official Policy before submitting their nomination: Representative Umpires Policy
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Umpires must be available for:
- All Trial Dates
- The State Championship Tournament
- The Southern Cross Tournament (U12 - U18 only)
- Umpires may also be required at training sessions, depending on coach requests.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Tech Officials and Umpires for the Opens State Championships are appointed by Hockey Queensland.
- Submitting this nomination does not guarantee selection.

ACCOMMODATION & ALLOWANCES FOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS:
U14s
- BWHA will organise accommodation & travel to and from Townsville.
U16s
- BWHA will organise accommodation only
- Umpires must organise their own travel independently
U18s
- BWHA will organise accommodation only
- Umpires must organise their own travel independently
Masters
- BWHA will organise accommodation only
- Umpires must organise their own travel independently.
