BWHA REPRESENTATIVE OFFICIALS NOMINATION FORM – 2027

REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY

• Selectors must not nominate for an age division where a conflict of interest may arise.

• Selectors must be available for all trial dates.

• Submitting this nomination does not guarantee selection.

BLUE CARD REQUIREMENTS

All representative officials must hold a valid and current Blue Card for the 2027 season. Please ensure your card is up-to-date at the time of nomination and throughout your selector duties.
