BWHA REPRESENTATIVE Manager NOMINATION FORM – 2026

Availability Requirements

All nominated managers must be available for the following commitments:

• All scheduled training sessions leading up to the tournament.

• Southern Cross Tournament.

• State Championships.

Failure to meet these availability requirements may result in your nomination being deemed ineligible.

Blue Card Requirement

All representative officials must hold a valid and current Blue Card for the 2026 season. Please ensure your card is up-to-date at the time of nomination and throughout your manager duties.

All nominees are required to review the BWHA Representative Manager Official Policy before submitting their nomination: Representative Manager Policy 

Representative Official Nomination Closing Date

Nominations close on Friday, 23 January 2026, at 9:00 am.

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.

All appointed Coaches and Managers must complete the following courses prior to the first representative training and send the certificates to:rep@bwha.com.au

Sports Integerity
- Anti-Doping Fundamentals
- Annual Update
- Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport
- Decision Making in Sport

Hockey Australia (accessed via Hockey QLD)
- Safe Hockey - Expected Behaviours
