Blue Card Requirement

All representative officials must hold a valid and current Blue Card for the 2026 season. Please ensure your card is up-to-date at the time of nomination and throughout your technicial official duties.

Important Notes

• For Hockey Queensland (HQ) Championships, Technical Officials and Umpires are appointed directly by Hockey Queensland. BWHA does not appoint officials to HQ Championships.

• Submitting this nomination does not guarantee selection.
