2026 U12 Representative Program Details

Age & Eligibility Requirements for Selection Group

• Born in 2014 or 2015 (turning 11 or 12 in 2026). Exceptions for players directly invited by BWHA through talent identification at a development program.
• The team the player is registered in must be from their Clubs U12 turf team and/or top under 12 grass team or an U14 team if playing higher.
• Must be a Full-Time Primary Registered BWHA Member.

• U12 Southern Cross: Sunday 9 August at Downey Park, Brisbane

Costs

• Trial Nomination Fee: $55 per player
• Tournament Cost per Selected Player: $75 per player
• Playing Uniform: 

Trial Dates

• Trial 1: Sunday, 24 May – 6:30am to 12:00pm at Downey Park
• Trial 2: Sunday, 31 May – 6:30am to 12:00pm at Downey Park
• Trial 3: Sunday, 14 June – 6:30am to 12:00pm at Downey Park
• Wet Weather Date: Sunday, 21 June

First Aid At Trials

BWHA does not have a designated first aid officer at trials in order to help reduce costs. However, the BWHA staff member is qualified in first aid. Players should approach them immediately if any assistance is needed. 

Compulsory Training for Selected Players

• Sunday, 21 June at Downey Park 
• Sunday, 12 July at Downey Park
• Sunday, 19 July at Downey Park (Training Camp - 7AM - 1PM)
• Sunday, 26 July at Downey Park
