BWHA REPRESENTATIVE UMPIRE NOMINATION FORM – 2026
BLUE CARD REQUIRMENT
All representative officials in 2026 must hold a valid and current Blue Card. Please ensure your card is up-to-date at the time of nomination and throughout your umpire duties.

All nominees are required to review the BWHA Representative Technical Official Policy before submitting their nomination: Representative Umpires Policy
Availability Requirements

Umpires must be available for all trial dates.

Umpires must be available for:

The State Championship Tournament

The Southern Cross Tournament

Umpires may also be required at training sessions, depending on coach requests.

Tech Officials and Umpires for the Hockey Queensland Championships are appointed by Hockey Queensland.

Submitting this nomination does not guarantee selection.
NOMINATIONS CLOSE ON:
Nominations close on Friday, 23 January 2026, at 9:00 am. Late nominations will not be accepted.

ACCOMMODATION & ALLOWANCES FOR APPOINTED UMPIRES for state championships
U14s
- Umpires are required to self-organise their travel and accommodation.

BWHA will provide an allowance to help cover these costs
U16s

BWHA will organise all travel and accommodation for appointed umpires.
U18s
-
BWHA will organise accommodation only.

Umpires must organise their own travel independently.
Masters
- Travel & Accommodation must be organised independently.
