Representative Player Survey

Please complete the below survey to support future planning of BWHA Representative Programs. This will take 2-3 minutes to complete and will assist with planning representative programs for members.

For your background, it is important to understand there are a number of other considerations that also impact our representative programs, including but not limited to:
- Policies and Procedures according to the BWHA Operations Manual,
- Policies and Procedures according to Hockey Queensland's Tournaments Operations Manuals,
- Hockey Australia, Hockey Queensland and Queensland School Sport events calendars
- Turf and venue availability for bookings
- Number of nominations received from players, coaches and selectors in all age groups
- Resources and equipment available (e.g.uniforms, trial bibs, training balls etc.)
- Other age groups that are operating at the same time
