IT IS AGREED as follows:
- Primary Role of the Selector:
The primary role of the Selector is to facilitate, monitor, assess, and process players during regional trials, fixtures, and other events as determined by the Convenor of the Selection Committee, ensuring that the best possible group of players is selected to represent BWHA at the State Championships. - Selector’s Professional and Ethical Conduct:
To fulfill this role, the Selector must adhere to the following points:- Perform the role of Selector at all times, aiming to select the best possible players available, for teams ranked 1-6, including shadows (as per BWHA Proforma).

- Abide by the general rules, constitution, and policies of the Association to avoid bringing the Association into disrepute.
- Observe all written codes of behaviour prescribed by the Association.
- Understand and follow the roles and responsibilities of Selectors as prescribed by the Association.
- No Selector, other than the Convenor, shall make any public comment about the selection process or the team/squad composition.
