| Wet Weather - Grass Fixtures 31 May | 30/05/2008 |
| As at 7.00am - Saturday 31st May - all Junior Girls Grass Fixtures have been cancelled. A decision on Senior Grass Fixtures will be made at 11.00am.
5. INCLEMENT WEATHER
5.1 BWHA Grounds Committee will inspect the fields by 7.00am and their advice for Junior Fixtures will be presented to the Junior Management by 7.15am.
5.2 BWHA Grounds Committee will inspect the fields for Senior Fixtures and their advice will be presented to the Management Committee by 11.00am.
5.3 Any cancellation of fixtures will be advised on the Wet Weather Number 1900 962 018 and on the Web.
5.4 Any cancellations of fixtures will be advised to Club Secretaries, for them to advise their club and team officials. Players are not to ring the Downey Park Office. Players are to contact their own club official. |
